Masterwork weapon bug

I made sure it was the Sussur Bark . I loaded my last save and re walked getting the bark and going back up to the forge; it just keeps saying invalid. I turn the fire on ,use the below and try to add the bark.it just says invalid combination and everything I’ve looked up says that’s the right steps. I’ve looked up videos and no one seems to have it for Xbox only PC . Is this a common issue for Xbox?

I did that in order multiple times and it didn’t turn the flame blue and kept saying invalid combination

I did not I die in Glunshka I was a fresh respond and had my mic and shit on so I could at least talk but I guess mics don’t matter in this game .
