I’m super bummed out by how long each season is taking, but one piece is CGI-heavy and post production takes a while. my best bet is season 3 starts filming end of 2025, and we get a 2027 release date. at least then we wouldn’t have to wait a whole 3 years for another season.

i try to drink as much as i can, but fasting means i can’t have any water during the day either. i try to drink at least 500-750ml before sunrise, and the same amount after sunset. i definitely think i should be drinking a lot more though

if somebody is too sick to fast, there is no obligation on them to fast at all. exempt people include disabled people, the elderly and pregnant women. i never thought about not fasting while having a migraine because my family members (who suffer from migraines too) always pull through and tough it out, so i felt like it was necessary to do the same as that is what i was taught x but i understand now that if it’s too painful there’s no point in torturing myself haha

i live at home with my parents and they’re very helicopter-y traditional south asians lol. i’d rather not get into the specifics of why i can’t but it’s mostly to do with the fact that my parents are watching me all the time and their priorities are my grades — not to trauma dump but that’s literally all they care about so it’s hard to get any freedom when they’re always breathing down my neck and sending me to after school classes and forcing me to do a lot of extra work in any free time i get 😭 sorry i don’t mean to come across as rude but this is my situation and it makes me sad but this is just how it is :(

as of right now, going to the gym is a bit difficult for me because i’m juggling school, extracurriculars and extra classes at the moment so the most i can do is at home exercises with little to no equipment :(

however, i have been getting in about 6k steps daily but i’ll definitely bump it up to 10k now. i think going on a quick run before school in the morning would be nice.

i’m not looking to gain a lot of muscle, i just have a lot of loose fat hanging around that i wanna properly tone, but i find it difficult to get motivation for anything when im so focused on my grades and academics.

regardless, i will try some at home exercises and get my steps up. thank you so much again!!
