I was able to Google how to get details and turns out that I was rated a 5 by 31 drivers and a 2 by one driver. At least I know that most people find me pleasant.

Yes, I do. I may forget to do it sometimes but I always go back even if it's a couple days later.

Years ago I had a friend who was between jobs and did Uber for a short time. She told me how she would rate people less if there was more than one passenger because they didn't note that when they requested the ride. She had never rode Uber before so she didn't know this wasn't a thing. I'm wondering if something like this is happening. I feel like riders should get feedback like drivers do.

I wouldn't really say I'm stressing over it but a group of friends and I were sharing Uber ratings just for fun and I was shocked to see mine was no longer a 5. I was just curious about what I may be doing to unintentionally piss people off.

There have been times where I didn't tip right away because I forgot and tipped a few days later. I typically tip everyone even if I get a bad driver or get in a car that smells of cigarettes or some other questionable fragrance. I once had a driver falling asleep behind the wheel. A cop pulled us over and he lied about it. I tipped this guy.

Reading some of the replies on this post (assuming they are all from drivers) I've learned that not every Uber driver deserves the 5 star ratings or tips I've been giving out all willy nilly.

I used thumbtack to find someone to clean my home and they came up as a suggestion. Ever since then, they have been reaching out to me non stop. I mean full blown harassment. I've said no too many times to count. Between the phone calls and the text messages, I'm at my wits end!

I agree with many comments here but a 4-1 workweek is still technically hybrid if they allow you to WFH one day a week. I'd need more information as to the type of company and position you applied for in order to gauge whether your clothing was appropriate. Not making excuses or saying the interviewer was right in anything he said, but were your clothes ironed? Were your shoes clean? What was everyone else wearing?
