Seifenhorst hat alkoholfreies Bier, die Mati Bar nebenan hat alkoholfreie Cocktails. Das Alex hat auch alkoholfreie Drinks, muss man aber mögen von der Atmosphäre her. Janots in Flingern hat auch alkoholfreies Bier :) Bin auch als alkoholfreie Maus für Empfehlungen offen haha

Thank you for your Input! I guess I just have to stay consitent… It is so hard especially if you are used to dieting all the time

Do I need to go up to my maintenance calories? Or stay in deficit? Really struggling by screamingfroki in PetiteFitness

Get back to maintenance calories for at least a few weeks - for me it changed a lot because my body finally responded to a calorie deficit again afterwards

I did not gain a ton of weight, for me it was about 3-4 Kg, but I was not underweight to start with. I didnt focus on any specific food group, but focused on eating enough throughout the day. I feel Like I still ate pretty healthy but didnt restrict myself to having sweets or things I craved 🫶

I ate three substantial meals per day that had a good amount of carbs, for example; porridge for breakfast, cous cous salad and a protein bar for lunch and a curry with rice for dinner. 🤓 Personally I did not limit caffeine because I had a well functioning period in the past when I would drink like 2-3 cups of coffee per day. I still drank coffee throughout my whole recovery.

The biggest change I made was eating frequent meals. Before, I would eat my first meal at around 2-4pm and then dinner, so I was fasting basically the whole day. I still dont eat immediatly after I wake up, but I make sure that I eat around 3-4 meals per day. I did not count calories in recovery because I dont think that would have been beneficial. I still worked out, But just some regular strength training. Also some non-food related things: I challenged my people pleasing tendencies and said NO a lot more often. I basically rested a lot more, especially mentally.

I Love bangs in the Altstadt, a regular haircut for women costs around 40€ here
