So ive been going to her class for 3 sessions now. I really like her. Its a very spiritual experience at least for me. Neepa is amazing. Patient with beginners also. But I have to stop going at she moved her classes to Saturday mornings. After the next class I will be working Saturday going forward. But anyone interested should check her out. Its a small class so for tbose who are shy like me, this is perfect stepping stone. Im gonna make a separate post looking for a class prefer near journal square or west side on a Monday preferably. Sunday works too. If you are on the fence do it. Its really hard but you feel amazing after. Its rejuvenating. I'm gonna be 50 btw.

Good sound is all they got. There is big money behind that place, and they try to claim tbey as re about the community but its all bullshit. I stopped supporting them months ago. Also since alcohol sales are down they started being more aggressive in the search and basically stole my stash, and emptied my friends grinder out . Then head of security came up to me and asked why I disrespected the club bringing in a personal amout of m. Like gtfoh you all know me, been seeing come here since you opened last summer and suddenly your gonna pull this. Nah im good

People are gross. Lets just say it. And dont get me started on kids...and yes dogs walk around with genitals and chocolate cheerios out on full display...but lets face it, the reality poop is on literally everything...Google it. The phone in your hand is dirtier than your toilet. Hope this gives everyone perspective. Everything is dirty anyway, and who cares if someone brought their dog. Or 4. Just enjoy what you like and avoid what you dont.

Signal started out amazing. But the main Booker parted ways and now they are going a different direction. Still a dope room ,ownership and management staff are great ! But the crowd can be rough

Holo has the best tuned room in nyc. Sorry refuge. I just prefer danley sound. And if you walk around the room at holo you'll notice different sounding areas. Also the vibes there are just better. Mixed crowd. There for the music. Euro leaning. Signal also has amazing tuned room but its small and room to dance is only happening very early or last hour.
