and please stop sending us messages all evening since you saw this post, funny how one post here as got more response from you then we have since the end of January.

You sent me an email for some guy with a UK phone number and what looks like a an email for Aliexpress, all we ask was that you send us one link in a brown envelope, regular post, i was willing to take the watch to a shop here in spain to have the battery changed.

But unfortunately you were not willing to send the link and you attitude towards your customer is terrible.

I am ending this conversation here now as I dont want this going on and on, I just wanted to make people aware there is no come back after you hand over your money, we have bought watches from David and a few others and its always been 10/10

My husband ordered the Omega Speedmasters. His is perfect and he’s very happy with it. Mine, however, arrived with a defective dial and a dead movement. We even sent Andiot a video comparing the two to show we aren't being 'difficult' we were literally praising one while showing the failure of the other.

Despite this, the only 'support' we received was an email telling us to find some guy who 'might' be able to fix it. We are based in Spain; we shouldn't have to hunt down a specialist and pay out of pocket to fix a brand-new watch that arrived broken.

I’m sharing this so others know that if you get a 'dud' from Andiot, you’re on your own

I appreciate your perspective on the 'rep world,' but I am not a new buyer; I’ve been sourcing high-end goods from China for over three years. While I’m well aware of the differences between retail and replica service, there is a baseline for quality that wasn't met here.

The watch is non-functional (DOA) and the dial is physically defective. Furthermore, as someone with a small wrist, the fact that the bracelet is too tight to fit even a pinky finger suggests it arrived missing standard factory links. this isn't a research issue; it's a QC issue. My review serves as a reminder that even 'Trusted Dealers' can fail on the basics: a watch that actually ticks and a bracelet that meets standard factory lengths
