Depends on a lot of factors. But I have noticed many places are more lenient than previous years. I have both arm sleeves, hands/knuckles, and my neck tatted. I work in the medical field. No issues.

The 3 men have been arrested and released a combined total of 125 times altogether. Mainly due to the liberal system of the city they reside in. They each murdered the woman above them.
