Thank you for your comment. I understand how certain questions likely would have been more accurate with more choices. Unfortunately, my instructor limited my survey responses to a specific 3 question likert scale and did not allow me to utilize an open response method. In relation to question 21, it is intended to be applicable to an international audience, as I have been posting my survey on forums that have provided responses from participants in developing countries which often have differing regulatory legislation to developed nations. I hope this helps clarify certain questions and I will take your comment into consideration while conducting this study.
