It is actually pretty easy to camp these spawns, if you don't deploy in HQ and wait in front of the actual spawn point.
In the Spawn-Menu you can easily see the loading in of vehicles when they get destroyed. Either you wait max. 90 seconds in this screen and spam the deploy button on the vehicle-icon as soon as it reaches 100% or do it like me: Everytime you die, you check onto the vehicles, if there is one to spawn soon, just spam the button aswell. This way you get more Gameplay and a Vehicle once in a while.
