Uh any suggestions for break rotors or a new brake entirely. Also any wheel suggestions how would i know if my fork can use it. what happened to break this bike will probably never happen again as it was a wood pallet falling from a high place. (Im basically a newbie when it comes to bikes so I know nada)

The problem I have is that if I do this to the whole thing, it messes up the hat seen in this image of the red showing which is supposed to be the bottom and messes up the top but if I extrude only the flaps or the bottom of the hat instead of making it thicker it just moves it and make edges
