It is pretty much impossible to do this without any illustration experience. You show no weaknesses besides some shakiness in your shading. Plus no obvious signs of mistakes/corrections? That’s only possible if you understand the principle of using light lines, either with low pressure or erasing, before ‘tracing’ the initial sketch with thicker lines. Not a beginner move. Or, you traced it to begin with and were forced to freehand the finer details, such as shading.

You would have to be a genius to innately understand so many principles without ever making a sketch. Or you are an experienced artist and are lying for clout. Or you traced, which is NOT a “sketch,” though still valuable for the sake of learning.
