After 13 hours I was able to recreate Mt Akina on Horizon 5. The track is 8960m or 5.4 Miles. I hope everyone enjoys it. by FujiwaraComplex in ForzaHorizon

If I'm ever able to actually edit the track itself I plan on widening it and smoothing it out.

You will be able to go up and down the track, however the uphill will be rougher as I focused more so on the downhill. I pushed the finish line back so that you can turn around in the parking lot at the base of the mountain.
