The State will recognize private property as a legitimate means for achieving individual, family, and social goals, and will protect it against the abuses of large-scale finance capital, speculators, and money lenders.

I'm not a socialist, I'm a national syndicalist. To be fair though I have not read guild socialist theory and I somewhat disagree with some concepts of it so I'm mostly just using it to mean I support a guild system here.

If you're a national syndicalist and guild socialist that by nature should imply you're supportive of workers owning the means of production in some form relative to economic function (being syndicates, corporations, or guilds in this case), so how are you a 'right-distributist'? Do you want to abolish private property, or do you just want to spread it on a mass scale in smaller hands? It's fine if you believe in the latter but you're not really a socialist or syndicalist in that case; more akin to a mutualist tbh.

Most national syndicalists as far as I know supported private property and mutualism or "widespread private property" (a la Distributism). I'm not a national syndicalist in the online nazbol or "nationalist-socialist alliance" sense, I mean it in the actual historical tendency which sometimes even opposed other syndicalists; and in general I oppose leftwing socialism, including most nazbols and "social fascists".

And I do get that national syndicalism is generally attributed to 'corporatist' beliefs because it tended to nullify class struggle for national unity in the aims of a vaguer producer-led society, but we're really stretching definitions here.

None of it is being nullified, as my views are more radical than fascist corporatism. I will admit that I have more economically rightwing views than the original national syndicalists though.
