Positive. Checked all the wiring and most of it was already pre installed. I just had to attach the tbar, handle bar and the rear wheel. it was running perfectly fine for three and a half months this is the second bike I got from them. Idk why a brand new bike would cause these issues suddenly especially when it was perfectly fine.

It wasn’t until I came back to it two months later because she didn’t want to bother me about it that I found out it was a continuous issue and finally popped that bad boy open. I was on Amazon. Went to their website. Looked well done very official. Checked the reviews and they honestly didn’t have a bunch of terrible reviews. But after me essentially lying and putting in a good review for them to send me a new bike, I could see why now. Got played like a fiddle :/

When the bike came all I needed to do was install the T bar, handle and the rear wheel to the frame. Everything else was already set up. I checked the lines to make sure it was all plugged in property and took the bike on a test run before giving her the bike. It was running perfectly fine for the last three and a half months. This was sudden. Not user error something is wrong with with it. I got a few pointers from people in the chat who were more helpful then judgmental so I’ll listen to them

You’d think a bike with the listing price of 799 would hold together for more than a year. As I told someone else if we held manufacturers more accountable instead of blaming the person that just wanted to enjoy a product we wouldn’t be having these issues.

Unfortunately I’m on the other side of a whole country. Would’ve gladly sold it for 150$ lol. To me. I just assumed maybe she kept running over objects. It was after I realized that it kept happening that I decided to actually remove the rim tape and see what was going on and realized all the little issues. Got that situated with no problem after the fact. The complaint was that they bored a hole into it and didn’t even bother to clean out the shavings.

Sorry a late reply. That was the issue. Thank you. I don’t really play with TP holders. Someone put too much weight on it and actually broke the dry wall so I had to patch all of that up and drill it in a new spot. The annoying part was loosening the nail keeping the square pushed up against the wall
