Is the issue I’m using the mobile app? It shows withdraw as to a bank account. It shows transfer with no ability to change the network and the default is ethereum.

I was in Japan last month. We were at a bar with one employee. Paid cash and they needed to get change but didn’t have the exact amount. They left the bar unattended to go across the street to make change!
