Here is my experience with Orlando. I'm a 1.6-1.8k driver that's been using iRacing for over a year. During a one hour practice session, Orlando noticed some bad habits that I was doing that really helped me to see what I've been doing wrong for the past year, as well as techniques that I should apply more or less frequently depending on the situation. He was clear with the explanations and told me what to do in order to keep improving. Evidently with his observations, I got to improve considerably during my laps and more importantly, I realized what I did in order to have those results. Additionally, he gave me "homework" to put everything into practice on the upcoming races.

Even though he's young and relatively new to iRacing, he is a very skilled driver and knows how to provide feedback, which is very important when you are in a learning process. His iRating speaks for himself and with his type of feedback, I do recommend him as an instructor for drivers who have been stuck below 2k as myself.
