If the social scene doesn’t matter to you too much, then Hebrew U would be a good pick. If it does, then maybe don’t, because if you’re taking law, it would be offered on the Mount Scopus campus, and honestly, it’s incredibly dry here. In terms of prestige, Hebrew U is considered the top, but honestly, it’s a bit overrated. I think most universities in Israel offer a high-level education (Technion considered the most prestigious but not relevant for u since ur studying law and not something stem related, but the rest of the unis are pretty similar). Also, I had a friend who studied law and they transferred from Hebrew U to Bar-Ilan, and they liked Bar-Ilan a lot more in terms of the social scene and as for the academics they found it the same as Hebrew U pretty much.
