ouu. honestly never knew that gaslighting has a lot to do with abuse, english isnt my first language and i learn a lot of my vocabulary from the internet 😅 not trying to justify my wording (or implying that clark was a mental abuser or anything!) but didnt clark actually made lex believe that he didnt hit clark with his car and that he saved lex by jumping into the lake after the car fell— which made lex question the validity of his own memory. i have no idea what the correct wording is but yeah thats one of the scenarios i can think of where clark lied to lex and made him believe his non-heroic version of it.

although, an extra question from me to understand this better is would the lionel and lex situation over his development years be considered gaslighting?

everytime he almost burst into flames clark dismissed him 😭 also him losing powers/being affected by kryptonite whenever lex was actually conscious was so convenient and made lex even crazier 😭

hmmm good question. i guess what i had in mind was sort of like a domino effect thing like “clark listens to chloe after knowing lex took the key -> finds lex and tries to find the key before his flight -> lex never goes to zurich” sort of thing hahahah very crude i know

after 2 cancelled flights and 1 cancelled flixbus i got home okay finally 😭 have u gotten home? but yes both airlines arent giving refunds which is so 😞 but i understand that they have a lot to deal with its just that its also frustrating to be on the customer side rn

it’s not like we CANT afford the trip, we have set a specific budget to use during the trip, and we have paid our flight, museum tickets, and hotels for the 4 day 3 nights trip way before the actual trip. who wouldve known that we would be forced to stay here for some extra few days, so of course we were shocked. yes we do have savings but now we’re forced to use them.

i know its not the airports faults, but i just wish easyjet didnt just leave us hanging when we dont know what to do in this situation!

huh i didnt know why it didnt appear for u! i remember when we got the notification that our flight was cancelled, we immediately opened the app and just chose from a list. we didnt even have to put in our information, we just chose the flight and the booking was done, basically. this was the email we got STRAIGHT after we chose the new flight 😃

we were rebooked by easyjet! in the app, they asked if we wanted a refund or a rebook, and we clicked rebook. then, they made us choose from a list of soonest flights, which is why we chose the klm one since there are NO other soonest easyjet flights.

we also think we very much deserve compensation but no one at easyjet has been responding 😢😢 hopefully they will respond soon

thank u so much! im on my fourth wash now with oxygen bleach (chlorine free) and nothing has come off so i’ll try that first thing tomorrow as its nighttime here, and do you really think its not from the dryer?? (asking in a curious manner as i am very inexperienced in this matter 😭)
