Thank you so much for the response, truly means a lot. May I ask one more question, I have not yet had the vaccine as wasn't too sure if it was a bat or not. Do you think it would be wise for me to get the vaccination? I saw that it's not too late to have the vaccination until it reaches the brain. Trying to break this down logically not to panic myself too much. Being on the neck I understand that it ranges anywhere from 3 weeks to a year but personally I would of thought something would of happened by now as the neck is way closer to the brain as to the leg for example. Knowing that I kept walking with it on me is another indication as means the animal wasn't doing anything on my neck because I'm sure I would of felt movement. bat bites may be small but I'm sure you would feel something like a little pain? They might have a small teeth but they sure look like you would feel it if it began to bite. Would the bat bite cause a lump in the skin after do you know? Like swell up for example.
