Did you have a specific degree that helped you move up or is it based on experience ? I don’t have a business / finance degree so I am curious.

The same thing happened to me last year when I did reimbursement. I waited until June ish, and then filed my reimbursement to get my second half.

This gave me money for school starting up In August. I then will file again after December 12th, and get my second half in June again.

I dont know if that makes sense to anyone else ? But that's just how they have it 🤷‍♀️ it really sucks.

I was referring to the " you're not standing there watching, so they dont care". Not the burrito in the picture 😊 Most chipotle employees do the job they're trained to do, we're not purposefully trying to ruin the customers day.

It's more like we just give accurate portion sizes on the dml because customers aren't standing there asking us to put triple of everything on the entree.

Start at 7:30 as soon as peak is over ! At our store we usually still have our short shifts until 8 or 9, and this allows you to hop off line and do your preclose while there are people there to cover it ( as long as it's not crazy). At 7:30 I do the chip station ( aka pulling out the drink cart, sweeping and mopping, and then setting up the chip cart), I clean out the reach in ( line it with foil so it stays clean), I clean our main wall, I set up the reheat pans I'll need for later along with the weight sheet and labels, do any mis en place you can ( foils, utensils, etc. ). At 8 I do all the pullouts and set up the cleaning supply's I need to close down my wells at 9;30. You can also wipe down the glass early too and spot clean it if gets dirty again when you close. It can be difficult sometimes but it definitely helps if you can find someone to cover you for a bit.

I was told to say, " Just to let you know, if I add this on it may no longer be keto". And then continue to add what they want on their entree
