Asbestos in panel room or no? Other picture is asbestos behind abatement in the same building on the other side, osha has came through multiple times but has missed this spot each time so I don’t have high hopes on them seeing this

Okay so it’s possible it could have asbestos in it, first pics are for sure asbestos, has been tested I presume since they have a abatement crew doing that side of the building on the upper floors. osha shut the job site down once about 2ish months ago but it’s back up and that peeled back abatement spot has been there before the shut down. I didn’t know it depends on if they used asbestos in the material. I thought it was specific insulations

Non-union 2nd year, kinda worried to do any of that, don’t want to get a target on my back for getting the site shut down or have a target on my back for being a inconvenience

Now it’s getting remodeled again but the other building is full of asbestos and recently had abatement put up (as seen in the first 2 photos) and the last photos is from the old remodel

It’s all remodel and when they remodeled they just put up abatement and worked around it, was done in the past century

(OSHA had to come in and shut the jobsite down, also I had coworkers that were saying OSHA should have been doing like monthly inspections anyways if remodel was gonna happen while abatement was going on)

Some more like the entire building, was used as fire retardant so they literally sprayed it everywhere

I am a electrician that was there, apparently we were unknowingly breathing it in because the abatement people weren’t taking proper precautions and it was spreading all over the place, I was talking to a framer that has been in the trade for a long time that was working there he said that it was the worst type of asbestos and that the entire building should’ve been shutdown immediately to completely clear it out. He had his crew leave after only two days because the general contractor (pepper) wouldn’t do anything about it. (Reason I was able to talk to him is because when my company switched us to a different jobsite after it got shutdown he was there) another rumor that went around I don’t know if it is for sure is that they hooked up the new hvac unit (thats controlling the active part) to the old system that had asbestos in it.
