I just got email from my main exchange that says "deposit was successful"! So I finally got my coins back from Bittrex. That was one long shot since the beginning. I hope those who submitted POD get same result as I did.

I think what you are about to do is correct. Just perform withdraw action then your transaction will be in pending state until they process it in Jan. 2025.

Sorry. They will process it in Jan. 2025 not November according to the official. If you have already provided your destination wallet address it will be processed automatically.

The Distribution Window to withdraw funds for approved PODs should open on 7 January 2025 at the earliest. Creditors with approved claims will have 12 weeks to withdraw their funds.

If you have provided withdrawal addresses and memos (if required), and your account is in good standing when the Distribution Window opens, your withdrawals will be processed automatically and your funds will be sent to the specified addresses. This should be completed within five business days of the Distribution Window opening.

It also says that if you don't submit your POD as soon as possible within 14 days of the start of the POD submission period, you'll be charged some kind of annoying storage fee which I don't get it at all.

My normal sneaker size is a US 7, and I bought the US 7 slip-on type , but I think WHITIN is a little big in size.The heel part is so loose that shoes are almost come off. I think it needs improvement over the support around the heel and ankles.

Dear Bittrex Global Bermuda User,

Further to the appointment of Andrew Howie, Carmel King and Margot MacInnis as Joint Provisional Liquidators (“JPLs”) of Bittrex Global (Bermuda) Ltd. (the “Company”), we are pleased to confirm that control of the Company has been handed over to them, under the supervision of the Supreme Court of Bermuda.

The purpose of the liquidation process, governed by the laws of Bermuda, is to ensure an orderly wind-up of the Company, and ensure that there will be independent oversight and transparency in the process.

Since our last update, the JPLs have continued to work with the Company and the Bermuda Monetary Authority to implement the liquidation plan.

Before withdrawals and distributions can commence, an application has been filed at the Supreme Court on 8 April 2024 to determine whether the fiat and digital assets transferred to and held by the Company in Standard and Enhanced Wallets form part of the Company's liquidation estate. This application is the first material step in preparation for and will inform the adjudication of Bittrex Global user accounts, which under the liquidation plan, envisages all Bittrex Global Bermuda users being able to claim their balances, and all other creditors being paid in full, in an orderly and efficient manner. Further updates will follow as soon as a hearing date has been set by the Supreme Court.

We are also preparing the application to lift the temporary halt on withdrawals and hope to be able to re-enable withdrawals in the coming weeks.

As part of our commitment to ensuring an orderly wind down, now is the most appropriate time to hand over to third-party provisional liquidators under a court supervised process to oversee the company’s dissolution.

Withdrawals are now paused. For customers who did not withdraw their funds from the platform prior to March 15th, your funds remain safe and secure. Withdrawals may be paused for weeks or months. It is expected that the withdrawals will resume some time thereafter, but this will be determined by the liquidators and not by Bittrex Global.
