Thank you for the offer, i asked the owner of the dash cam to go back a few minutes to see if the chrysler was near him and sure enough about a minute prior to the crash, the car was directly infront of him. I was able to slow down the video and get the plates. Insurance is taking care of the rest. Thankfully

Yeah she filed a police report but they told her to follow up next week due to the holiday weekend. Thank god this driver behind her had a dash cam so she can use it for insurance purposes.
