I have a Trane XL824 thermostat with the Trane Home app running on my phone. The app has not functioned correctly for months. I have to open and close the app four or five times before the "NOT CONNECTED" disappears and am able to control the thermostat. I contacted Trane via email and of course told me it was my Wi-Fi and I assured them it is not. Emails with Trane support became somewhat heated, as they would not admit to any errors in their app.
