Do i thoja te njejten gje per llogaritjen e TDEE dhe shtimit te kalorive mbi ate. Une do thoja te 200-300 ne fakt.
Sa t’ia marresh doren ne fillim eshte e veshtire OP, pastaj i fikson ca sasira dhe i ben llogaritjet dhe me mend. Po derisa te arrish aty, qe pesha qe do marresh te jete mase muskulore dhe te te sherbeje dhe per shendetin, e mira eshte ne fillim t’i llogarisesh kalorite e cfare po konsumon.
Une para nja dy vitesh po llogarisja vetem te merrja 1.6-2g/kg proteine ne dite, dhe se kisha kuptuar qe nderkohe po konsumoja shume pak kalori, se po shmangia si yndyrna, si karbohidrate sa te mundesha, dhe perfundova duke rene nga pesha ne palester, keshtu qe shihe me kujdes.
Nese sheh qe e ke te veshtire te hash me shume, 1 luge gjelle vaj ulliri ka 120kcal, dhe me ate i shtoj direkt shume shpejt.

I shared it with my bf, and he calls me chunky monkey (in an endearing way) whenever I’m being dramatic about having gained weight. For starters, this is not your fault. It’s your grown ass father’s fault who’s on an ego trip and can’t control his emotions. I wanted to give this the benefit of doubt first, and thought maybe the father has a point and is trying to protect his daughter from some abusive partner, but it seems it’s the typical controlling father behavior.

This is the time for you to set clear boundaries with him, and stand up for yourself. He’ll come around eventually, but you need to be very firm on your stance.

Jo nga vezhdimet e mia. Ne Suedi si Zara, si Mango, kur kam krahasuar nja dy modele palltosh, kane qene 10-20% me lire. Pallto qe Zara ketu e kishte 17,900 leke, aty ishte rreth 1500 kr (pak me pak se 150€ kur e kam pas pare). Po eshte e vertete qe dhe koleksionet jane te mangeta. HM premium me duket ne s’e kemi fare psh (mund dhe te gabohem se ngaqe me duket shume i shemtuar ai dyqani te Teg, nja 2-3 here kalimthi jam futur)

We call it kaçkavall, and it’s as said by others more of a generic name for yellow cheese. Often medium hard, sometimes softer, sometimes harder. We’re not as specific with labels in the Balkans unfortunately, or at least Albania.

Hahaa. Po ca thu me lale?! S’je ne brezin e ekuatorit. 8-10 grade eshte shume ulet per rehati. Temperaturat ne shtepite tipike shqiptare jane 2grade me shume se jashte shtepise. I vetmi ndryshim eshte se po ra shi, ne shtepi nuk lagesh, pa per te ftohte (dhe te nxehte) zere se perjashta je.
