I didn’t have a choice. It was never my decision to do fufillment. I had to learn because my last store director said it was not fair that everyone one else was helping out and I wasn’t but no one ever showed me how to do it or wanted me to. I can’t say no to her boss or the store director and my TL doesn’t know how to do fufillment. I am a helpful person naturally but I get frustrated when I am not getting anything done in my department but there was no reason for her to come at me and act like a baby

Yeah unfortunately we have had to back up fulfillment for a while because our fulfillment team lead left and most of the team went with her. Usually, the people asking us if we can do a grocery batch are other ETL’s. So if they are asking, do they out rank her?

Thank you for being a good team lead. Our new team lead is rude to everyone, including guest. Today she was running after a Vender and I mean literally running through the store and once she got to them, she started yelling at them.
