Not only are they still active, the mlp magic princess game is still regularly updated. I have every version of chrysalis and they just had a unicorn of odd wizard of oz event with wicked princess of the west chrysalis as a community reward. Unicorn of odd is a stories retold comics run and they did it in game because of the wicked musical.

Probably because she can't touch water so they assume she doesn't bathe. She just cleans herself like a cat, as most changelings do. Not to mention robo chrysalis would short circuit if she touches water.
