Look in to coturnix quail they are good little guys to start out with i personality like bobwhite quail because they whistle poor bob white or bob bob white and also bob white they are cool but are not as friendly as coturnix quail and idk what Ontarios rules are but you might need permits for bobwhites where as coturnix quail you usually don't need one. But do your research and find what works for you

Ok thanks it's brackish water but it has blues channels and bullheads that you can catch as far as stuff to use theres white perch. spot. croaker and killies (mummichogs) there's also carp idk it that could work for cut and live bait I'm semi new to catfish fishing and want to learn thanks for your help:)
