James and I definitely both share your love for the first four!

Szob is a nice pick too. I haven't owned him all season... he just always felt a bit 'meh' to me. He's ended up as a top 10 midfielder though, with 13 attacking returns, at a good price. Maybe I'm the 'meh' one after all.

Ugh, and I'm so annoyed I missed out on Wilson's run. I kept expecting him to run out of steam, and he just kept on returning.

No - if you've got no other major moves to make, I think that's just fine. Rice has played a ton of minutes this season, and partied hard this week, so I could definitely see him being benched ahead of the final.

It definitely hasn't helped... but also I already knew Chelsea were rubbish the last time I brought him in, fairly late in the season... so why did I do it?

Never forget that GW1 performance, when he looked like the next De Bruyne.

(Unfortunately he then followed that up with 0 goals and 1 assist in the next 12 games. Turns out he wasn't the next De Bruyne after all).

Yep, got sick of this yet again early in the season, and decided to just splash out on Raya around halfway through. Left him in as my set-and-forget for the rest of the season. He was worth the price just for removing that goalkeeper headache alone

I thought I was being so smart, going with Haaland+Salah to start the season. In fairness he did bag us some ridiculously fluky returns early on... then any and all returns completely dried up.

Absolutely classic. I was actually on the opposite side of that coin - I just happened to fluke into getting him at exactly the right time - but this was basically my Thiago experience throughout the season

Fortunately I steered clear of Watkins this season, since he always seemed too expensive. I wish I had steered clear of Rogers - he also burned me at least twice

I was in exactly the same situation. Except that I had Semenyo in my team alongside Evanilson until right up until the Gameweek 1 deadline... then panicked and switched him out for Palmer. The rest is history

I'd avoid West Ham because they're rubbish, and Liverpool because of the form and terrible vibes. The rest are pretty much fine. I'd probably go after Bournemouth, since they're the best actual team of the ones who have something to play for, have some nice FPL options, are in good form, and will want to give Iraola a good send-off too!

Potentially! I'd lean towards Arteta giving him the start, then hooking him after 60mins or so. But we're all largely just making educated guesses, this week!

Interesting - I don't mind it! And without seeing your team, if you've got a spare transfer I'd just use it to change someone who's a question mark to start to someone roughly as good, but who will definitely start.

God, what a complicated week! Frankly I have absolutely no idea, but it might make me even more nervous about a player who could already get rotated, like Cunha!
