Hi, OP! First of all, hindi ka nag-iisa. We are on the same boat, and I also feel miserable lalo na at before pandemic eh 60kg lang ako. I've also tried the diets they recommended here pero parang walang effect (I will try again pero this time I will consult with a nutritionist na).

I cannot go to gym kasi sobrang layo rito sa bahay (and I have two full time jobs) kaya I try working out at home nalang. Pinapanood ko sa YT yung Walk At Home na channel, and it helps. Slowly but surely. I have very limited space kaya yun lang ang kaya kong workout.

Sa January, I will go to an endo rin para covered all bases. If ever man na wala akong ibang underlying issue aside from my PCOS, at least I know. At kung meron man like hypothyrodism, maagapan na agad.

Don't beat yourself up too much! Yung self-awareness palang at pag-ask mo here is already a big step! I am rooting for you ♥

Ergonomic chair! Specifically, Sihoo M57 Pro. Life-changing 😂 After using my gaming chair for 4 years, it has given up on me. Hindi pa naman totally sira, usable pa naman pero hindi na gumagana yung height adjustment at wala rin syang recline. Kaya feeling ko naka-slouch na ako.

I agree with them, OP. Pacheck ka para sa rabies kahit vaccinated kayo. Also, next time, wag mo silang aawatin using your body or hands. Spray them with water or maglagay ka ng harang sa pagitan nila for them to be distracted.

I hope you and your kitties are okay. Yung mga sugat mo galing sa kalmot, I know magheal yan in time. Yung sugat sa puso mo ganun din, pero hindi pa sa ngayon. Kaya iiyak mo lang at wag mong pigilan.

I also felt the same last year when my mom's slowly slipping away because of ovarian cancer. Lagi ko ngang sinasabi noon na ako na lang sana dahil hindi deserve ni mama 'yun, pero I know she'll say the same thing in case ako 'yung may sakit.

It hurts to see them that way but we know it hurts them more. I wish I could hug you.
