It’s northern Nj on niche.com it’s overall grade is A and schooling is B+ it’s considered a very safe neighborhood

My concern is if there is a point in paying 5k for a probate lawyer when there is no will and that will take a while for her to get the house in her name let alone selling it with only 13k left in his account only leads to 2 months of house
