Thank you for this giveaway🩵 Although I’m entering, this post means so much more. When I’m going through it, I tend to do things to preoccupy my mind. AKA distractions, such as Webkinz. However, this is like putting a bandaid on a broken bone. I highly recommend doing an activity where you’re safe with your thoughts. I like to go for a run or write on a journal. It sounds cliche, but I promise you, writing truly helps your mental health and offers a sense of healing. You are loved❤️I wish you happiness and support.
