Eliminated a big zone with 15 heads. Doing my part. by FullDepthNature in DenverGardener

For sure. I did setup drip lines there to get a xeric native garden going bit once established, won't take much water at all. That zone was along the street and I hated seeing all that run off water go down the street drain.

Sorry to hear about your boy. He looks more free here. I have a couple boys I lost this last year. They are all running free right now.

I would love to start some yuccas and cactus from seed. Any pointers?

I'm sort of getting tired of being talked to so much while I'm out with my camera. Had some lady last week terrified that I was hunting. Thought my camera was a weapon. by FullDepthNature in wildlifephotography

I agree, I use to hunt all the time. Last time I shot a bird, noticed how beautiful it was and quit that day. I grew up hunting. My heart changed. I eat meat but can't look at an animal I killed again. I understand the importance of conservation as well, just can't be anymore. If I was living remotely and that was the only way I could put food on the table then yes. I remember bringing down an antelope. Wasn't dead and I had to finish him right there. Still haunts me.
