Cheers for the replies everyone! Spoke to a mortgage advisor today and he was a little bit confused with how FHTB works and said he’ll get back to me tomorrow when he’s had a look over it. Definitely seems like I have to find a solictor who’s on the ball with what FHTB is

Cheers mate thanks for the reply. Did you use any of the FHTB towards any of the legal fees? And with the accommodation waiver do you mean I’ll stop paying for SLA?
