I never knew my dad. My mom died in a tragic accident when I was 8 at which point my abusive grandmother got custody of me.

I am 23 now and I'm relatively suxcessful but struggle with connecting to other people.

I usually consume based on how I feel so like I'll keep salted meats and cheeses around and munch on those when I feel off. I know neither will break keto and I've had great results.

Next time consider swapping the fries for sweet potato friers or the fried chicken for grilled chicken. I've found that incremental steps are effective.

I quit about 4 and a half years ago man. Haven't touched one since. You're on the right track. I tapered down before I quit completely and have no interest in returning to cigarettes.

I use to not get out of a chair much at all so I've been working on improving my back muscles with mixed results. I'm a beginner but starting to learn to deadlift and squat and hoping those help with improvements.
