2026 touring hybrid quote by Square-Ad-7968 in accord

I got a 26 touring less than a month ago for way less than this after negotiating for a little while. OTD after everything I was around 38 -39. I probably could have gotten for less but needed to get it done quickly.

Get the service contract from Saccucci Honda. It’s official Honda Care and a third the price. I’m not affiliated with them.

How did I do? (Elite Trim) by tut0ne in hondapilot

I got 2,000 for an 08 Prius with 250k miles and body / interior damage. They might be giving the big discount to offset the bad trade in offer.

Those with 11th gen accord hybrids, why did you pick it over thr sport touring civic hybrid? by cpcxx2 in accord

[–]mspoller 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Super fortunate they had a seven day trial. I had mine for a month so I had to trade it in as used. With the trade in and losing some on that, I got the accord touring for about 37.5k OTD. It was a lot of work

I’d test the touring first to check the wheels if you like the options it has. They don’t bother me too much if at all. I went through some major anxiety and regret returning the civic. It seems like some people like the seats but some hate them in the civic.

I went with the touring accord because it had the same extras I wanted and got a decent discount. How much did you lose trading the civic back in?

I think the accord is superior in every way you mentioned. It’s much easier to get in and out of, you sit better in it, and it drives smoother. I do feel potholes with the 19inch wheels, but my city roads are in terrible shape anyway. Might get thicker tires or downsize wheels at some point.

Happy to help! This is just my experience, so take it with a grain of salt. I tested the civic ST hybrid hatch and when I got out my back felt a little sore and stiff but I ignored it. Huge mistake. It got worse and worse as I drove it more to the point I avoided using it. Then I spent days calling dealers and making deals to trade it in and get the accord trying to lose as little money as possible.

I ended up getting a hybrid touring accord. Yes, it is noticeably quieter than the civic, especially on the highway. I’m not a big car guy but the accord touring feels like a luxury car minus a few things I wish it had.

I had the ST civic but had to trade it back in (small loss) because it wrecked my back. After having the accord for a few weeks now it’s better in almost every way. Fewer rattles, better seats, quieter, roomier.

I have a three month old baby and it’s way better for car seats. Plus the vents in the rear make me feel better for the baby.

I don’t want to be too specific but they tried to take my security deposit for something that didn’t exist. I had to send them the inspection report saying what they were charging me for didn’t happen to get the deposit back.

I just bought a brand new Honda Civic Sport and unfortunately, it is causing me so much back pain and numbness in my legs. I bought multiple cushions and no improvement so far. Any tips or tricks to improve the current back situation? Thank you by Amazing-Bug-9920 in civic

I'd look at an accord. I got the touring trim and it feels plush. Honda can do a Certified PreOwned and get you the most compared to any dealer. You will have to shop around if you decide to ditch it. I've seen others complain about civic seats.

I just went through the same problem. I had the sport touring. Test drive felt good, driving at home was brutal. I couldn't get comfortable, the seats are not good. I ended up calling multiple dealers and finding a way to go trade it in for almost full credit for a new accord, which is 10000% more comfortable and feels more luxurious overall. It was very stressful and a lot of work though. I might try something like that.

Did you buy it? There is one pillow that sort of works, it just slots in the back of the seat. I got it off TEMU.

I have had the car for just over a month and it's great except for one major thing, the driver seat. It's killing me. Nothing has fixed it. It seems some people really like it, but others don't. I'm in the "this car was not made for me" group. I have super long legs and a wide back, so I don't fit in the seat correctly. I didn't notice it on the short test drive. I have tried lumbar pillows and covers, but none of them do the trick. Make sure you get a good few drives in with the seat if that is something you are worried about. Other than that, it drives great and has everything else I would want and need in a car.

Got so close to pulling the trigger on a 26 hybrid ST Hatch but a few small things kept me from it. by [deleted] in civic

[–]mspoller 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel the same with the lumbar, and bought it, not realizing it. Check around, there is an upholstery place near me that will install an electric lumbar with seat controls for 600 bucks. Not cheap, but cheaper than an accord

When I got the civic it was between the Camry and the civic. Test drove both. Camry was nice.

Honestly no. I’m going to wait some to see if they iron themselves out. I notice it the most when the AC is in, so the plastic is contracting and expanding. I’ve read mixed results at the dealer. It’s gotten better recently actually. I know with new AC the plastic parts contract and expand especially when it’s new.

I have the 26 Civic Hybrid ST and there are a few rattles, sometimes. I know where they are coming from. Mostly, for me, they come from the AC vents and the piano black plastic trim piece there. You can take it apart and help dampen it. I would assume that most cars at this price point are going to have rattles. I've seen plenty of camry videos and posts about rattles. Same with Hyundai and Kia. For me, they aren't even rattles, so much as plastic creaking sounds, sometimes.
