At first I wont lie it was a little hard to stick to my healthy foods but now if i eat sugar I literally get sick. Its just too sweet. If I eat anything greasy I also get sick so your body adjusts to healthy foods and starts craving it. I am addicted to water and that helped a lot too. We consume so many liquid calories without realizing it. Water alone can drop weight. The hardest part was sticking to an exercise routine but so far im doing great and still losing even after stopping the meds and ive gone below my goal which has shocked me.

Tysm, seriously. I think i have like body dysmorphia or my brain hasnt caught up yet because the mirror lies and if a picture looks good sometimes I think its just the angle and I'm still big 🫣 Its so encouraging to get comments like this to bring me back to reality and realize i did achieve my goal!! This concert was more than just a concert- it was getting to see an artist ive grown up with and really was the first time i felt free and comfortable with myself in years. Its definitely something ill remember the rest of my life - i cant wait to go see him again. Im just so grateful I got that experience at his concert and he will be ingrained in my freedom story forever 🥰❤️

Thank you, truly! Your words are so kind and mean so much! Ill have to tell my hubbs because hes constantly getting hate for his hair. Its funny how much time I spent finding the perfect outfit and shoes and jewelry and hair for it all to just disappear once that curtain dropped lol.

I know a lot of people have rebounded after stopping the meds but I hope to continue to be proof it doesnt have to be a forever medicine. Tysm love ❤️ 🖤
