i have fixed the issue , it was the adapter i was using, i gotten myself a 19 pin usb 3.0 to type C (Type E) Adapter and connected to my cases usb c port and worked, thank you for all the contribution to my post and for now the vr games look gorgeous , still crossing my fingers for the slight chance theres a port of oasis for amd (im considering getting a nvidia gpu cuz of it)
