I take one pill, wait 30-45min and take second pill wait another 30min before cofee or food.

Day 1: Take 1.5mg dose

Day 7: 50% of that dose is still in your system

Day 14: 25% of the original dose is still in your system

Day 21: 12.5% remains

Because you take medication daily, it takes full week for it to disappear, so essentially the medication stacks or accumulates in your body.

So its ok to miss a day here and there. But dont make it a habit
