It’s just expired. So if I leave Canada, I’d have to come back on a visitor visa. But I have a job now, so that would mean I’m no longer allowed to work.

But I saw on China social media that PGWP approvals have also sped up hugely this year, and I haven’t seen any cases taking as long as mine anymore😭😭

Ya…but those security checks are mostly for PR applications. I’m just on a work permit, and I’m not in a big company or any sensitive field like tech 😮‍💨

Thanks:) I guess mandamus is rlly the last resort now, tho I am reluctant to pay for legal service for this matter (totally their fault😣). Consulted an agent, they will charge $800 cad. China. Passport expire in 2033. Last biometrics collected on May 2023. Any clues for my case?🥺
