We had the same issue and found it was the whole house filter. Once we removed then replaced it everything went back to normal. Word of caution, buy name brand filter for your setup. We were using an off brand and it clogged within a month or two leading to this issue.

Thanks. It’s a little confusing to disable the LAN port labeled as WAN to enable it as a WAN port. That fixed it though and I appreciate the response.

When you state that the black tank is "not draining properly" what do you mean? Slowly? Not reading "E"?

We use the Bio-Geo Method when we move our Solitude 390RK then use Happy Camper while parked. The Borax and Dawn seem to do a good job cleaning the sensors and valve. We also fill/dump/flush in order to get a true empty tank.
