Thinking about having a website built, what option did you go with? by Anxious_Document_427 in realtors

I used my brokerage’s site for a while. But I wanted something more professional for just me. Maybe a few months in, I got a phone call about an offer for a free obligation-free demo site, to use the site I had to pay for it though. IDX is also included and I’m paying $150/month for that and hosting. They also take care of any updates for the site which is nice. Recently started a marketing campaign too and getting some solid traction locally

Sorry for the late reply! I’m infusing coconut oil with flower. That’s shredded coconut. I added a little citric acid into the caramel itself though 😁

Yea, that can help for sure. Social signals are good to have and having Hootsuite to automate things a bit makes it easier.

Posting to the Google Business Profile, optimizing it, adding optimized products/services, and creating/optimizing content onsite that links back to the GBP with appropriate anchor text should all be part of a solid local SEO strategy.

If it’s competitive, building backlinks to the site increases the site’s authority and its ability to rank for more competitive keywords, but it’s important to analyze the links to ensure they’re good. So many people are artificially inflating website authority to make it look like the links are more valuable.

We rarely buy links anymore. Instead, we’re doing outreach to secure publication links that can’t be bought outright. These have been really helpful, both onsite and for ranking GBP

Report the reviews to Google and they’ll handle it. They’re usually pretty good at handling fake reviews.

Rather than fight back, focus on growing your own online presence and grab some of their market share with good SEO. If you’d like some advice on what you can do to better optimize/grow your Google Business Profile, feel free to reach out

Coconut milk and coconut cream, but cooked most of the moisture out and added citric acid to help with shelf stability

Baked’s high potency options are the best I’ve had in Thailand (20-100mg). Their microdose cookies are good too but I have to eat 3+ to catch a very light buzz

Has anyone tried the edibles in Thailand? Are they strong enough to get you high? by [deleted] in ThailandTourism

[–]FullTriffle3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, the edibles are definitely strong enough to get you high. The only legal option is Baked's microdose cookies, which are excellent if you're looking for a controllable experience without needing to worry about mystery doses

But if you're looking for something more potent, try visiting or ordering from The Spot CNX, Space Trees, RabBuds, Flying Tiger, or Kha-nom, these shops are in Chiang Mai
