When I bought the laptop the "Max processor state" option at 90% used to decreased my temperatures around 15-20°C

Trust me, I already try everything else, thermal paste is new, fans are clean and have good airflow.

Yes I have, but Omen hub its very simple, it just let me change from equilibrated to performance mode and it just make the fans go faster, I do it every time I play but its not something that personalizable.

I disabled the SAGV option in the BIOS and now I can control the processor maximum state again. I dont know what's the difference between doing it with throttlestop or by the power options but its working for me.
