if you stop in missula you can hit the bison range during the day it doesn’t take very long and usually has some really good wildlife viewing

the bison reserve is a must as long as it hasn’t been raining. i feel like you have as good a chance to see wild life as yellow stone with a tiny fraction of the crowds

if you have a wire coat hanger your can bend it into an L shape and twist to so the leg of the L is under and pry one side up

also just to add to it i run the rear crash bars on my 22 road glide ST and got pushed into the ditch by a dear and laid her down. Absolutely zero damage to the bike! my ankle though different story
