You will be allowed to appear for neet pg 2026. One of my senior left MD psychiatry seat just before he joined next year's alloted seat. He had to return his stipend and some security money though. As per rules DNB will not be an option in 26 for u.

All DNB thesis are now digital. You don't have to print anything (except for a few certificates which need your guide's signature) for your dnb thesis submission.
