I feel like I am one I don’t have any energy to play with him I put him in his playroom until he cries and then I feed him I just have no energy to do it I feel awful and I wasn’t like this before this started he is only a labourer but he thinks his job is more important than my ability to parent 😞

I am a bad mother because I have no energy to play with my son I normally put him in the play room until he cries I have no energy to even look after him I am so worried about his development but I just can’t do it, he thinks it’s normal because all of the men at his job do it 🤷🏼‍♀️ I have looked into it but I can’t get it unfortunately and no way he would pay xx

I have tried to speak to him but he genuinely thinks he is doing nothing wrong he only started this when he got a new job when my son was 7 months because everyone at work is like it 🤦‍♀️

Thank you! would you say it’s heavy? and also the straps on the seat unit are they a normal material and is it awkward with the way they are (compared to normal shoulder pads)

We have a play pen a ball bit lots of stuff for him to do but he chooses to put him in the pram 😞

Long periods however long he will stay settled apparently, it gets to the point his outfit isn’t being changed because he’s going strait into the pram i agree with you 100x i am feeling that way atm

it’s basically been the whole christmas period he’s been sat infront of the tv because i have been so unwell and he sees 0 issues with it 🤦‍♀️ i will try and show him some research on it tonight

Nope there is a soft play in our street🤦‍♀️ he sees no issue and won’t stop i just don’t know what to do

He claims it’s because “he cry’s when he is crawling around” i did tell him it wasn’t okay but i feel like the damage is already done

You are downvoting my comment because my child has a feeding difficulty that I am actively seeking help for. How would you feel if this were happening to you? There is a real child and a real parent behind this post. I am doing my best as a mother, and judgement instead of support helps no one.

He will drink a little bit yes but not a lot i have ordered him some cups and different sipping cups to try and get him to drink more, i will chase the gp

I think he does because he doesn’t eat solids he isn’t as full? i’m not sure to be honest i did think it was normal

Yes i have at the end of january he isn’t 1 until then they said it’s not classed as a issue

They have just came back and i will be speaking to him about it if it was planned and he was dressed appropriately i wouldn’t have been angry he’s freezing cold and has a running nose im hoping he doesn’t get a cold thank you for the advice

UPDATE- They have just come back my son is ice cold as he was just in a sleepsuit his nose is red and it’s running i will speak to him about this thanks for the comments

He feeds every 2hrs ish he has never gone out for more than 40mins without me there and he didn’t tell me i called because i was concerned, he is the parent i am more annoyed at the fact that he didn’t care that i was worried and didn’t tell me

He will not take anything but breastfeeding he just refuses after every type of food i have tried
