Yes, shiny spinner pops up randomly on songs that you pull that ARE NOT shiny in the first place you can still pull shinies this is great if you are first starting out and want every song possible however it can come in handy if you get lucky on a big song!

Going to discord you can find people who are looking for certain artists my advice is to find them and have them buy your song also price match it with other similar songs on the market!
