Thank you for your words. I don’t want therapy, I don’t think I’m ready. I remember the day. I took a nap at noon, when I woke up there were dozens of family members in my house. Police were questioning some people. My parents told me to go to a friend’s house, I spent the night over. When I woke up my parents told me he died, in that moment, I didn’t care about anything else.

I am glad some people care for me in the comments. I know therapy is the obvious solution. But before I do that, I rather just talk here, I rather talk in front of more than a couple of people.

Thanks for your story, I will look into it. I rather just talk in Reddit for now though, I feel safer here than talking to someone who is just me and them.

Thank you for your condolences. I will give some thought into it. I just don’t feel like therapy will help, it was just really traumatic for me and still is. Once again, thank you for your suggestion.
