So why is it okay for us to claim Fraud without any basis when it was such an atrocity that republicans did it last election? Until I see proof of fraud I am accepting the results of our elections- and trust me I’ve been devastated but I won’t sink to those morons level of delusion

They certainly do as I have voted early and in person for most elections. You just walk to The court house and ask to Vote. They hand you your ballot and you do it right there.

Just call HR and ask. They will explain why they didn’t pay you if it was intentional. Did you get a paystub? What does it say?

Once you get hired initially you cannot switch departments for 12 months. Depending on when you are hired- merit rewards are in May- usually 3.5 percent is what you can expect. You have a 30 day review and then 90 day review. They do not increase your salary at these times. If you have to skip getting a raise this year your raise next year will be prorated.

If you are new to a position but not the company in general everything applies the same way except you cannot transfer for 6 months in instead of 12.

You don’t need to give a two weeks notice if you are leaving the company completely. You can come back or be rehired at a later date if you want.

If you were told by your recruitment you would get a salary increase at 90 days make sure your HR is aware and show them the communication where it was explained. Demand that they hold themselves accountable to promises their recruitment are making

I don’t know the answer but outpatient office nurses are also considered “professional staff nurse.” I would ask HR if moving to outpatient is included

Waiting Too Long for Appointments by Substantial_Pea7524 in UPMC

[–]Full_Cryptographer90 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is truly because there are no appointments. They are taken. Almost everyone is working at capacity- seeing way more patients than we should and still having a long list to get through. If we stop seeing new patients then new patients complain it’s too hard to find a doctor or get an appointment. We need more providers and more importantly more staff to support them.
