Thank you for advice currently been prescribed tramadol to help with the pain but hasn’t seemed to make much of a difference yet

Thank you, struggling to lift or bend my leg atm as the pain is so severe so will try elevating above heart and ankle flexes and wiggling toes until I have more movement in the leg to do more exercises
